Return and Refund Policy

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition.
• The U-Stax must be returned in the same condition as when delivered unless faulty.
• If your U-Stax is faulty on receipt, please return in original packaging including a copy of the original invoice in order to receive a replacement or a full refund.
• All replacements will be issued within 7 days of returned item being received.
• The customer is liable for return postage costs. 

In the event where a customer wishes for a refund they must return their complete order within 14 days of receipt. If you haven't yet received your order but are requesting a refund, we will chase up when it was posted out to you and provide you with the relevant information.  We cannot issue a refund until we have received the returned order. Once the order has been delivered to us a refund will be issued within 5 working days.
